The maids were late and did not seem to care. They did not put things back after moving them and left without letting me know that they were leaving. Over all the cleaning was ok.

I was impressed when I received a phone call saying they were running a little late. I sent an email saying how pleased I was with their service.
Up 08/09/2012Well, I note that maybe is not an option...and really my yes\great is more qualified. I spoke with the owner\operator of business in detail about some of my requirements ahead of time as using this coupon was a way to 'audition' the business to replace my former provider. While they did a much better and more thorough job then my former provider, because they could not meet one of my primary requests -- providing English-fluent cleaning staff - I could not make myself understood to the cleaning team and some things were not done properly. I will still consider them as a replacement, but will probably try other companies first.

They deep cleaned my ENTIRE house for my move out. I have used many cleaning services in the past and they were the BEST!!!! Very friendly and professional staff. They came in uniform which really impressed me. They were also VERY responsive to my inquiries and emails. HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again!

These ladies did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment before we moved out. The placed looked like new when they were finished and their attention to detail was dynamite. They cleaned the entire house, vaccummed, and detail cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen.

Two cleaning women arrived with all supplies in hand, and proceeded to spend 2-1/2 hours scrubbing and washing and dusting my house. They were cheerful and pleasant all the while. They worked diligently, cleaning quite thoroughly. They even swept the front porch. I found the Kleenex box and the toilet paper rolls festooned with charming fans fashioned from the paper on the roll and in the box. I have never had a cleaning service before; I can get used to this quite easily! I will certainly engage this company's services again soon.

The two ladies who showed up to my house cleaned two bathrooms, swept and mopped the floors, vacuumed a small area, dusted, and cleaned the kitchen in a little bit over an hour. They did a good job!

My house was dusted and vacuumed, the floors were swept and mopped. The two ladies moved quickly and did a nice job considering how short of a time they were at the house. It looked clean and smelled fresh. the ladies were very polite and professional.

Used the Angie's List coupon for cleaning service. They cleaned the entire house in accordance with the services provided by the coupon.
They were punctual and professiional. We are putting the house on the market and wanted to have it sparkle for potential buyers. They did a very nice job and we were pleased with the way it looked. Would recommend Oneyda Cleaning Service to others.

wo ladies arrived at 7:45am and did the entire house. They vacuumed, dusted, cleaned all bathrooms, Kitchen, windows, tables, and spent about 2.5 hrs in my home. They changed my bedding and seemed to do a very thorough job. My only complaint was that only one of them spoke a very limited amount of English so it was hard to communicate w/ them as to what I wanted. Given everything they did, I felt this was a fair price and would recommend them to a friend.

1st, surprised I was able to schedule within the week on a Saturday (7am, but still). Showed up right on time. They did not try to upcharge me for size of house. They worked for about 2.5 hours (5 man hours, since there were 2 of them) and, since we had not had house cleaned for several months and have shedding dogs, it was not easy work. I was very happy with everything!

Our son and daughter-in-law were coming down to the wire on completion of a new bathroom addition in the basement. Plus, their second child was due in a week. As a gift, we and our daughter-in-law's Mom decided to have the house thoroughly cleaned before the delivery date on 8/14/12. Through Angie's list, we scheduled a deep cleaning for 8/13/12, between 10 - 11 AM. The crew arrived at about 9:30 AM and immediately got to work, much to our son and daughter-in-law's surprise!! The ladies worked quickly and thoroughly, getting the place ship-shape in no time. I and my daughter-in-law had to leave to run errands. By the time we came back (about 3 hours) the job was done!! The place looked amazing and smelled wonderful!! We are so grateful for the work the Oneyda team did, in making the new parent's return home, after the birth, so much more pleasant and welcoming.

They cleaned my three bedroom, two bath house, to include both carpeted and hardwood floors, several area rugs, and a set of stairs.
Oneyda Cleaning has come to my house on two occasions now. I had been using another cleaning service, but was having issues with scheduling that were really a problem. On their initial visit, the Oneyda crew came a bit earlier than expected and without a phone call, but they did an impeccable job. On their second visit, they were within the window we had scheduled and again, they were very thorough and did an excellent job. Two different crews and two different approaches, with one crew being a little faster than the other, but the level of service is unchanged and I have no complaints. I have a dog who sheds and some furniture that bears witness to that. They vacuumed the furniture and cleaned the entire home ~ it not only looked great, but smelled cleaner, too! I would recommend them. They do a very good job at a very reasonable price. As long as the scheduling remains consistent, I will continue to use them for bi-weekly cleanings.

I really liked how fast they were and how businesslike they were. They did not speak much english but they were very professional. They cleaned my house very fast and I have three floors.

Wonderful, intuitive service!: I've used other cleaning companies, but Oneyda Cleaning Services is the absolute best. They are extremely flexible, their rates are fair, and the quality is first-rate. The owner, Erica, became a trusted helper to our family over the past three years, and we could count on her to make sure everything was done right. We have FIVE children, and I am disabled, so our house is a real challenge. (Erica always seems to "know" just what I need on days when my illness is worse.
